strip out cloakroom?. Leave cupboards for now
1 hr fire curtain in loft space over kitchen/electrics
fill in opening to servery or make closable 
1 hour ceiling to boiler etc
new ext door

Unit 2
check loft space to unit 1 fire curtain if necessary
new ext door

Unit 3
build up wall between 3 and 4 and return to central space ground floor blockwork with door
timber frame 1 hour over using existing framework
new ext door


Unit 4
strip out toilet and remove part partitioning
leave other partitions for now
build up wall to central area with new door as unit 3
new ext door and one fixed panel
(check ceiling level)

Unit 5
re-fix sill and other items
no external door here as adjacent to main door.

Unit 6
strip out staff toilet and disabled toilet, new partition at left of entrance door
remove other partitioning subject to loadbearing check
fire curtains over both side walls
replace window with new door and side light.

Area 7 toilets
strip out children's toilets
Boys' toilet to be 1 disabled cubicle + 1 ladies' cubicles, Girls' toilet to be urinal and one cubicle.

Area 8 public space
remove partitioning as far as possible (determine later)
1/2 glazed door to each unit
clear roof lights and investigate possible leak

New pair entrance doors.

Make good damaged ceilings etc

Locks
Euro locks 3-star to all units (2 per unit) and main doors,
each unit inner and outer on one key and any unit can also open main door.

Outside
refurbish window frames
replace downpipe unit 3 and at boiler house
clear rear path
allow for removal of wooden fencing and wire fencing to sliding barrier and debris

appoint Crawfords nominated supplier for joinery?
